Senior Project Manager

Thales seeks a Senior Project Manager to join its team in Mexico City. This full-time opportunity allows an experienced professional to lead important initiatives while working onsite in one of Mexico’s most dynamic business hubs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with key stakeholders
• Build comprehensive plans that cover timelines, resource needs, budgets, and quality gates
• Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning clear responsibilities and fostering collaboration
• Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as conditions change
• Track progress against targets and produce clear status reports for leadership review
• Facilitate meetings, remove blockers, and maintain open channels of communication across departments
• Close projects properly by documenting lessons learned and handing over final deliverables

Who We're Looking For

• Solid experience managing projects at a senior level, ideally with end-to-end ownership
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence without authority, and drive accountability
• Strong command of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills under pressure
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities that resonate with technical and business audiences
• Preferred familiarity with industry-standard certifications such as PMP or equivalent credentials
• Willingness to work full time onsite in the Mexico City area
