What This Role Involves
As Account Manager, Channel Partners - Canada Region you act as the main liaison linking Soti with its network of channel partners operating across Canada. Working on site at the Mississauga Meadowvale Office (HQ), you will shape joint plans, unlock new revenue streams through partners, and maintain consistent alignment between partner activities and broader regional priorities. Daily focus stays on relationship strength, performance visibility, and enabling partners so both sides advance together in a fast-moving market.
Responsibilities
- Build, expand and sustain productive relationships with existing channel partners and prospective partners throughout the Canada Region
- Partner with internal colleagues to craft shared business plans, go-to-market approaches and enablement programs that raise partner-sourced results
- Assess partner performance metrics, forecast contribution levels and guide partners toward agreed regional targets
- Deliver product knowledge sessions, sales training and ongoing support so partners represent Soti effectively
- Surface market insights specific to Canada and recommend adjustments that strengthen competitive positioning through the channel
- Address partner questions or obstacles promptly and coordinate with the right internal contacts for complex situations
- Attend partner events, briefings and regional meetings held from the Mississauga base as required to deepen connections
Requirements
- Solid background in channel partner management, account management or related sales-support roles
- Clear history of growing revenue through indirect or partner-led models
- Outstanding verbal, written and negotiation skills suited to multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to prioritise multiple partner accounts while meeting deadlines and reporting accurately
- Awareness of Canadian market conditions, regional business practices and channel dynamics
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and everyday productivity tools for pipeline tracking and communication
- Available for occasional travel within the Canada Region while maintaining presence at the Meadowvale Office (HQ)
