Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design decisions with survey, traffic, drainage, and environmental partners

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related discipline

• Familiarity with AASHTO policy, state design manuals, and common plan-review processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for team and stakeholder interactions
