Position Summary

As the Physical Therapist you will evaluate individuals, design tailored recovery programs, and guide them through treatment in CT - Connecticut. Working full time on site, you will partner with patients and care teams to rebuild strength, restore function, and support lasting wellness outcomes in the Greater Hartford community. Daily work centers on clinical excellence while building meaningful connections that advance each patient’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough musculoskeletal and functional assessments for new and ongoing patients
• Create and update customized physical therapy plans that address specific recovery needs
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and mobility training sessions
• Track progress through clear documentation and communicate updates to the multidisciplinary team
• Coach patients and families on home programs and injury-prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate electronic records in compliance with professional standards in CT - Connecticut
• Contribute to a collaborative clinical environment that prioritizes quality patient results

What You Bring

• Current unrestricted Physical Therapist license valid for practice in Connecticut
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with DPT or equivalent
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment strategies
• Strong interpersonal communication and patient-education skills
• Capacity to work full time in a fast-paced on-site setting serving the Greater Hartford area
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
