Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history for reliable route travel.
• Capacity to work independently while covering assigned service stops each day.
• Clear verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Physical stamina to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform outdoor work in Colorado weather.
• Openness to complete any required state or local pest-control licensing or training.
• Background in pest management or similar service work is helpful but not required.
