The Operator I position is an entry-level role within Microchiphr's operations team based at our Philippines - Mphil 3 site. You will execute routine operational procedures, support facility workflows, and build foundational knowledge of systems critical to our operations. Your Responsibilities

• Execute operational tasks following established procedures and quality standards
• Monitor equipment and processes, reporting any irregularities or concerns
