Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to provide personalized product recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and benefits of Levistraussandco collections with product knowledge and enthusiasm
• Complete transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and process various payment methods
• Maintain store appearance, including merchandise displays and stock rotation, to create an inviting shopping environment
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with receiving and processing new merchandise
• Answer customer questions about sizing, fit, care, and product details with confidence and accuracy
• Build customer loyalty by providing honest advice and creating memorable shopping experiences

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience in retail or hospitality, or strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds regularly
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Cash handling experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
• Flexible availability, including potential weekend and evening shifts
• Genuine passion for fashion, quality products, and helping others find their perfect fit
