Experienced Hire Recruitment Researcher – Analyst

Rothschild & Co is seeking an experienced Recruitment Researcher – Analyst for its London office. This is a full-time position where you'll support our talent acquisition efforts by researching and analysing candidate profiles to identify exceptional professionals for our business.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Researcher – Analyst at Rothschild & Co, you'll play a key part in our recruitment process by sourcing, researching, and evaluating candidates who match our rigorous requirements. Working within our talent acquisition team, you'll combine analytical skills with deep knowledge of recruitment methodologies to help us build world-class teams across the business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential candidates using recruitment databases, professional networks, and targeted search strategies
• Analyse candidate profiles, CVs, and background information against role specifications and company criteria
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and research reports for review by recruitment stakeholders
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial talent identification through candidate engagement
• Maintain accurate records and data within our recruitment systems
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment partners to understand role requirements and candidate expectations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment research, talent acquisition, or a related analytical role
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify patterns in candidate data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with recruitment databases, research tools, and standard office software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of professional sectors or financial services is desirable
• A methodical, results-oriented approach to talent identification and candidate evaluation
