About the Role

The stockroom is the backbone of our store's operation. As a Stockroom Team Member, you'll help ensure our Balclutha location runs smoothly by managing inventory, processing deliveries, and keeping our shelves stocked with quality products our customers rely on. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a structured environment where efficiency and attention to detail make a real difference.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock deliveries
• Organise products in the stockroom according to store systems and procedures
• Pick and pack items for customer orders and shelf replenishment
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory counts
• Ensure the stockroom and receiving areas remain clean, safe, and properly organised
• Work collaboratively with store and warehouse teams to meet daily targets
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures

• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move stock regularly
