About the Role
The Supervisor - Tablegames (On-Call) at The Venetian Las Vegas oversees the day-to-day operation of an assigned section of gaming tables on the casino floor. In this on-call, full-time position based in the US, you'll act as the front-line leader responsible for upholding game integrity, coaching dealers, and ensuring every guest enjoys service that reflects the resort's renowned standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor the activity of a group of assigned table games during your shift.
- Observe dealer performance closely, offering guidance and ensuring consistency across the floor.
- Maintain elevated guest service standards, addressing player needs promptly and professionally.
- Accurately rate guest play in line with established casino protocols.
- Confirm that all gaming procedures, rules, and compliance requirements are followed at all times.
- Support a fair, secure, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of table games operations, rules, and standard procedures.
