Your Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day IT operations to maintain system performance, availability and reliability
• Own the full incident lifecycle from detection and triage through resolution and formal closure
• Coordinate technical and business teams during incidents to restore services as quickly as possible
• Monitor infrastructure and applications, escalating risks before they affect users
• Conduct thorough root-cause analysis and document findings after every significant incident
• Drive corrective and preventive actions that reduce recurrence of known issues
• Maintain accurate incident records, operational runbooks and status communications
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and translate learning into improved procedures
• Support continuous refinement of IT operations and incident-management standards

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in IT operations coupled with hands-on incident management
• Working knowledge of recognised frameworks such as ITIL for structuring incident processes
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritise effectively under constraints
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex technical environments
• Clear written and verbal communication for aligning technical specialists and stakeholders
• Familiarity with common monitoring platforms and IT service-management tooling
• Self-motivation to work independently while collaborating smoothly across teams
