Your Responsibilities Direct day-to-day IT operations to maintain system performance, availability and reliability Own the full incident lifecycle from detection and triage through resolution and formal closure Coordinate technical and business teams during incidents to restore services as quickly as possible Monitor infrastructure and applications, escalating risks before they affect users Conduct thorough root-cause analysis and document findings after every significant incident Drive corrective and preventive actions that reduce recurrence of known issues Maintain accurate incident records, operational runbooks and status communications Facilitate post-incident reviews and translate learning into improved procedures Support continuous refinement of IT operations and incident-management standards Requirements Demonstrable experience in IT operations coupled with hands-on incident management Working knowledge of recognised frameworks such as ITIL for structuring incident processes Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritise effectively under constraints Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex technical environments Clear written and verbal communication for aligning technical specialists and stakeholders Familiarity with common monitoring platforms and IT service-management tooling Self-motivation to work independently while collaborating smoothly across teams About the Company Assurity Trusted Solutions is hiring for this role and offers a supportive team environment.
