The Opportunity

Core Duties

• Prepare and serve cafe menu items including beverages, sandwiches, and prepared foods according to company standards
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of prepared food product specifications and menu offerings
• Ensure food preparation areas, equipment, and serving stations are clean and properly sanitized at all times
• Collaborate with cafe team members and other departments to meet customer demands efficiently
• Take on responsibilities in other store areas when needed to support overall business operations
• Assist in training and educating new team members on cafe procedures, tools, and best practices
• Monitor inventory and communicate product needs to management

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs
• Customer service orientation and friendly demeanor
• Prior food service or retail experience is valued but not required
