Travel Interventional Radiology Cath Lab Technologist

PRIDE Health is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Olney, starting July 27, 2026. This is a full-time, on-site position offering $3,037 per week for a skilled allied health professional ready to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic catheterization laboratory environment.

What This Role Involves

As a Cath Lab Technologist, you'll operate advanced imaging and diagnostic equipment in a specialized interventional radiology setting, supporting physicians and radiologists during catheterization procedures. You'll work day shifts—8 hours per day, 40 hours per week—in a fast-paced medical facility where precision, patient safety, and technical excellence are paramount. Your work directly contributes to successful diagnostic imaging and interventional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and calibrate catheterization laboratory equipment and imaging systems before procedures
• Assist interventional radiologists and cardiologists during catheterization, angiography, and related diagnostic procedures
• Position patients safely and ensure proper monitoring throughout procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols
• Operate fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and contrast injection systems under clinical supervision
• Document procedure details and maintain accurate equipment and patient records
• Support quality assurance and equipment maintenance standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent state licensure
• Hands-on experience in a catheterization lab or interventional radiology setting
• Proficiency with fluoroscopy, digital imaging, and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and radiation safety protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient care
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to assigned facility
