Hr Expert Recursos Humanos is looking for a Senior Store Loss Prevention Officer to join our team in the United States. This is a full-time position focused on protecting assets, leading store security initiatives, and driving operational excellence.

Position Summary

As a Senior Store Loss Prevention Officer (FISCAL DE LOJA SÊNIOR), you will oversee loss prevention operations for our retail location in the US. This leadership role combines hands-on asset protection with supervisory responsibilities. You'll develop strategies to prevent theft and damage, monitor store activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and mentor junior loss prevention staff. Core Duties

• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage from theft, inventory discrepancies, and product damage
• Supervise and train loss prevention team members, coordinating daily activities and providing coaching
• Monitor store operations, customer behavior, and employee conduct to protect company assets and ensure a secure environment
• Investigate incidents of suspected theft or policy violations, resolve complex conflicts, and recommend corrective actions
• Manage inventory controls, verify stock accuracy, and coordinate with the cash office to ensure register and financial compliance
• Organize and optimize store workflow to enhance customer experience while maintaining security protocols
• Enforce adherence to internal policies, safety standards, and company procedures across all store departments

Qualifications

• Proven experience in loss prevention, retail management, or store operations (preferably in a supervisory capacity)
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle complex situations professionally
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling procedures, and point-of-sale systems
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation and the ability to be physically present at the store location in the US
