We're seeking an experienced consultant to guide leading life sciences organizations through supply chain transformation and manufacturing excellence, delivering competitive advantage and operational resilience in an evolving market.
What This Role Involves
As a Life Sciences Industry Expert in our Strategy & Consulting practice, you'll partner with executive leadership at premier life sciences companies to reimagine their supply chain and manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help organizations enhance their competitive positioning, streamline operations, and build sustainable performance across their enterprise. You'll tackle complex challenges spanning procurement, production, distribution, and supply chain risk, driving innovations that create shareholder value and industry-leading performance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead diagnostic assessments of supply chain and manufacturing processes for life sciences clients
- Develop strategic recommendations to optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Design and implement supply chain transformation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Build business cases and manage consulting engagements from discovery through delivery
- Stay current with life sciences industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive benchmarks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field)
- 5+ years of consulting or operations experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain design, manufacturing optimization, or procurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent communication skills; ability to influence and present to senior executives
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Full-time availability and willingness to travel as project demands require
