About the Role

Road Ranger LLC operates a bustling travel center near the I-90 interchange on E Riverside in Loves Park. As a Cashier, you'll be the friendly face greeting guests, processing transactions, and ensuring every customer leaves with the service and supplies they need for their journey. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your attitude and efficiency make a real difference.

Your Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Provide courteous, prompt service to customers purchasing fuel, food, beverages, and travel essentials
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Monitor inventory and alert management to restocking needs
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with opening or closing procedures as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous retail or cashier experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently under pressure
