What You'll Do

• Deliver customer service to students, faculty, and campus visitors at the Truman State University Bookstore
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Stock and organize merchandise to maintain an appealing sales floor
• Help customers find textbooks, course materials, supplies, and other products
• Handle cash and card payments with accuracy and integrity
• Support inventory management and merchandise receiving
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Maintain store cleanliness and a professional, welcoming environment

Who We're Looking For
