About This Position
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Morgantown where you'll play a key part in our IT infrastructure function. What You'll Do
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure systems and components
- Perform routine maintenance on servers, storage, and networking hardware
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and system configurations
- Respond to infrastructure alerts and resolve service disruptions
- Document systems, procedures, and technical configurations
- Support infrastructure-related tickets and end-user requests
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize system performance and reliability
What We're Looking For
- Foundation-level knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related field
- Hands-on experience with server and networking environments

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
