Maintenance Lead

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Lead to manage facility operations across multiple restaurant locations in the Katy and Houston area. This is a full-time position offering $50,000 annually, requiring reliable transportation to service restaurants in Houston, Katy, Cypress, and Fulshear.

What This Role Involves

As a Maintenance Lead, you'll oversee the upkeep and repair of multiple McDonald's restaurants within your assigned territory. Your work ensures each location maintains safe, functional facilities that support seamless daily operations. You'll coordinate maintenance schedules, troubleshoot equipment issues, and verify that all tasks meet quality and safety standards across your sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities at assigned restaurant locations
• Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Schedule and oversee maintenance work to minimize disruption to restaurant operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and equipment standards
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment service history
• Coordinate with restaurant managers on facility issues and repair priorities

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
