Role Overview

As a Thermal Processor on the second shift, you'll operate specialized thermal processing equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment. Your work directly supports the production of high-quality materials and components, requiring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols. You'll be part of a team committed to operational excellence and maintaining the rigorous standards our customers depend on.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor thermal processing equipment according to established procedures and technical specifications
• Maintain cleanroom standards and comply with all GMP safety requirements
• Wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment, including safety glasses, lab coats, gowning, gloves, and ear protection as needed
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Monitor process parameters and document results to ensure consistent product quality
• Follow all company safety standards and environmental protocols

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly without assistance
• Commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards
• Availability to work the second shift schedule
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with strict dress code requirements
