What This Role Involves

As a Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate, you'll work in our food preparation area creating fresh prepared meals and managing our rotisserie chicken program. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring quality, freshness, and availability of food items throughout the day.

Core Duties

• Prepare fresh meals and sides daily according to established recipes and food safety standards
• Cook, season, and monitor rotisserie chickens to maintain quality and consistent heat throughout service hours
• Properly wrap, label, and date all prepared food items for inventory tracking and freshness assurance
• Store prepared foods in appropriate coolers and warming equipment at proper temperatures
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and follow all food handling and sanitation protocols
• Assist customers with questions about prepared food options and ingredient information
