Position Summary

As a Server at our Ormond Beach Cracker Barrel restaurant, you'll be the face of our hospitality, taking care of guests from the moment they arrive until they leave with a smile. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and friendliness directly impact how guests remember their visit.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, explaining specials and menu highlights
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating special requests or dietary needs to kitchen staff
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
• Handle payments, process transactions, and manage cash or card exchanges accurately
• Clear and reset tables between services to maintain a clean, welcoming dining space
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and find solutions that keep people coming back

Who We're Looking For

• Customer service experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others enjoy their meal
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items throughout a shift
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
