Driver

Core-Mark is hiring a full-time Driver in Gastonville, Washington County to join our Transportation & Logistics team. This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll transport and distribute food, beverages, and tobacco products across a service territory serving convenience retailers.

The Opportunity

As a Driver with Core-Mark, you'll be the face of our brand on every route, managing the critical last-mile connection between our distribution center and retail partners. Your daily work ensures that products reach customers on schedule and in excellent condition. You'll operate a commercial vehicle across a defined territory, building relationships with store managers and keeping deliveries running smoothly in all weather and traffic conditions.

Core Duties

• Execute daily delivery routes, transporting food, beverages, and tobacco products to convenience store locations
• Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently using proper techniques and equipment
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections compliant with Department of Transportation standards
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, timesheets, and required DOT documentation
• Verify orders, collect payments or documentation as needed, and communicate delivery status updates
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company operating procedures

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load products up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple stops
• Knowledge of DOT safety regulations and best practices
