Position Summary

As a Regional Class A CDL Driver at Premier Transportation, you'll operate a tractor-trailer across regional routes, maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. This full-time position is built for drivers who want to stay connected to home—you'll be based out of our Pleasant Hill facility and return weekly, giving you the work-life balance that matters. Your role is central to our operations, and we invest in making sure you feel supported every mile of the way.

Core Duties

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and compliantly across regional routes
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate logbooks and transportation documentation
• Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
• Deliver goods on schedule while ensuring load security and cargo integrity
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and fellow team members

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Minimum one year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• At least 22 years old
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Reliable, professional attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time independently and work flexible schedules as needed
