Sales Representative, Pelvic Health

Medtronic is seeking a full-time Sales Representative specializing in Pelvic Health to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County. This is an in-office role with a leading global healthcare technology company.

The Opportunity

Join Medtronic as a Sales Representative focused on advancing innovative pelvic health solutions across Oklahoma City and the surrounding region. In this role, you'll connect healthcare providers and patients with technologies designed to address critical needs in women's and men's health. You'll be at the forefront of a mission to restore health and improve lives through cutting-edge medical innovations.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospital systems, and surgical centers in your territory
• Present pelvic health solutions to clinical teams, emphasizing clinical benefits, patient outcomes, and practice integration
• Provide product training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals and clinical staff
• Manage sales activities, territory planning, and pipeline development to achieve performance objectives
• Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform product and commercial strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams including clinical support, marketing, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field)
• 1–3 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience, or equivalent customer-facing role in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows and decision-making processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage territory effectively, prioritize customers, and meet sales objectives
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel within territory as needed
