Position Summary
As an Automotive Service Porter, you're the backbone of our service department operations. This full-time position focuses on vehicle preparation, facility maintenance, and direct support to our service team. You'll ensure our service bays, work areas, and lot remain immaculate and well-organized, so technicians can focus on quality repairs and advisors can deliver outstanding customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain service bays, customer waiting areas, and lot facilities to professional standards
- Move, position, and stage vehicles throughout the service area efficiently and safely
- Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle-related support tasks
- Manage cleaning supplies and alert management when inventory needs replenishment
- Support proper waste disposal and environmental sustainability practices
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through attention to detail and professionalism
