Abbott, a global healthcare innovation leader, is seeking a Sr. Clinical Specialist, CRM to join our Manhattan, New York City office. In this full-time position, you'll serve as a clinical expert supporting healthcare providers through the adoption and optimization of our customer relationship management systems, driving user success and clinical outcomes in diverse practice settings.
Position Summary
As Sr. Clinical Specialist, CRM at Abbott in Manhattan, you'll bridge clinical operations and technology adoption. Your role focuses on empowering healthcare providers and clinical teams to maximize the value of our CRM platforms. You'll combine clinical expertise with technical proficiency to lead implementation efforts, resolve complex challenges, and ensure healthcare professionals have the knowledge and support needed to optimize workflows and improve patient care delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical training and educational programs for healthcare providers and care teams implementing Abbott's CRM solutions
- Provide specialized clinical support and technical guidance to overcome implementation barriers and drive user adoption
- Analyze clinical workflows and recommend CRM system configurations aligned with provider operations and healthcare compliance requirements
- Develop clinical documentation, training materials, and best-practice resources customized for end-user needs
- Partner with clinical stakeholders, product leadership, and implementation teams to identify optimization opportunities
- Track adoption metrics and clinical performance indicators to inform improvement strategies
- Ensure all implementations maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical data standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in clinical science, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
- 5+ years in clinical practice, healthcare operations, or clinical systems roles
- Proven expertise with CRM platforms or healthcare software implementations
- Ability to translate clinical requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with healthcare professionals and cross-functional partners
- Project management and problem-solving experience in healthcare environments
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and clinical compliance frameworks
