SAP Supply Chain Consultant, IBP/APO – Mid-Market (Private Cloud)

Accenture seeks a SAP Supply Chain Consultant with expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) to drive cloud transformation for mid-market organizations based in Illinois Medical District, Illinois.

About This Position

You'll help mid-market companies modernize their supply chain operations through SAP Cloud solutions. As a supply chain consultant specializing in IBP and APO, you'll guide clients through the transition to cloud-native planning and optimization platforms, enabling them to respond faster to market demands and unlock operational efficiency. Accenture's mid-market strategy emphasizes rapid, outcome-driven transformation by leveraging modular industry-specific solutions tailored to each organization's unique supply chain challenges.

Core Duties

• Assess current supply chain processes and identify gaps where IBP and APO cloud solutions can deliver measurable business value
• Design and configure SAP Cloud solutions for demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization
• Lead implementation roadmaps that accelerate time-to-value while minimizing disruption to client operations
• Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Provide change management guidance and training to help clients adopt new supply chain planning capabilities
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to maximize ROI

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a SAP supply chain consultant, with hands-on expertise in IBP, APO, or related cloud planning modules
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and advanced optimization concepts
• Proven ability to manage consulting engagements with mid-market clients across various industries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in supply chain, operations, or related field
