Position Summary

As a Stocking Team Associate at Walmart in Minden, you're a critical part of the retail operation. Your work ensures products are available where customers need them, when they need them. This full-time hourly role comes with an hourly wage between $14 and $27 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn performance incentives paid annually or quarterly. Depending on shift schedule, facility location, or other circumstances, you may also receive premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Stock and merchandise merchandise on shelves, displays, and endcaps throughout the store
• Receive and organize incoming shipments, checking inventory accuracy
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stockroom for efficiency
• Use equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly
• Respond to customer questions and assistance requests during your shift
• Follow company standards for product placement, rotation, and labeling
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily stocking goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and manipulate merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight shifts as assigned
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification
• Willingness to learn and follow Walmart safety and operational procedures
