About the Role
As a Continuous Improvement Tech, you'll identify operational inefficiencies and champion solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and profitability. Working the 1st shift at our Morgantown, PA facility, you'll apply proven lean methodologies—including 5S principles—to transform workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. This hands-on role combines technical analysis with direct shop-floor engagement, giving you real-time visibility into how your improvements drive tangible results.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement projects that streamline processes and reduce operational waste
- Analyze production metrics and data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Apply lean methodologies such as 5S to standardize and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with production teams to implement and sustain process improvements
- Document improvements, track performance metrics, and communicate results across the organization
- Support troubleshooting efforts to maintain and enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Background in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or industrial engineering—or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies and continuous improvement tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Availability for 1st shift work at the Morgantown, PA facility
- Excellent communication skills to convey improvements to teams at all levels
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant manufacturing certifications a plus
