About the Role

As our Policy Tracking & Dashboard Analyst, you'll serve as a trusted resource for data interpretation and analytical support across the organization. You'll collaborate with operational leadership and project teams to translate raw data into clear, actionable findings that drive continuous improvement and enhanced performance across our service portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Build and implement sophisticated data analysis methods to evaluate operational performance metrics and uncover valuable insights for key stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams on multiple projects, providing expert guidance on analytics usage and data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain tracking dashboards that monitor policy compliance, program effectiveness, and operational health
• Present analytical findings to operational teams and leadership, recommending pathways for performance optimization and service enhancement
• Extract, cleanse, and consolidate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting
• Support the design and delivery of analytical solutions tailored to specific project and stakeholder needs

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, business, public administration, or related field
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, or equivalent data manipulation and analysis software
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling reports and visualizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
