About the Role

As a Manufacturing Technical Development Specialist at Bristol Myers Squibb, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement and advancement of our manufacturing capabilities. What You'll Do

  • Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures and technical specifications for production lines

  • Support process validation, scale-up activities, and technology transfer initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline
  • Strong foundational knowledge of pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing processes
  • Experience with process optimization, equipment operation, or manufacturing troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
