EY is hiring a Senior Consultant for our Studio Sales Transformation practice, based in Concord, New Hampshire. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change by helping organizations redesign their sales operations and unlock sustainable growth through strategic transformation consulting.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in Sales Transformation, you'll lead high-impact consulting engagements that help enterprise clients reimagine their sales strategies and operations. You'll work collaboratively with senior business leaders to diagnose sales challenges, design comprehensive transformation initiatives, and implement lasting change. This position combines strategic advisory work with hands-on project management, positioning you at the center of client success.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end sales transformation engagements, guiding clients through discovery, strategy development, and implementation
• Analyze sales organization structures, processes, and capabilities to identify optimization and growth opportunities
• Design and deliver comprehensive transformation programs, including process redesign, organizational changes, and capability development
• Manage client relationships, project execution, and stakeholder communication throughout engagements
• Partner with EY leadership and subject matter experts to build data-driven insights and best-practice recommendations
• Develop junior consultants and contribute to team growth and practice expansion

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in sales consulting, sales operations, business transformation, or related advisory roles
• Demonstrated success managing complex client engagements and delivering tangible business results
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; proven ability to influence and guide senior executives
• Knowledge of sales transformation methodologies, process improvement frameworks, or change management practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (or equivalent professional background)
