About the Role

As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with Denovo Review, you'll manage the full lifecycle of personal injury claims and lawsuits. This full-time position places you in our Highland Beach office, where you'll work alongside experienced litigators dedicated to securing justice for injured clients. The role demands professional diligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-stakes negotiations and courtroom advocacy.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and investigate personal injury claims to determine liability and damages
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Represent clients in settlement negotiations and court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to build compelling arguments
• Manage case timelines, deadlines, and client communications
• Work collaboratively with paralegals, investigators, and fellow attorneys
• Develop litigation strategy and case theory for maximum client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Current Florida bar license
• Proven experience litigating personal injury cases
