We're a rapidly growing sports entertainment brand combining cutting-edge golf technology with genuine hospitality, and we're searching for a dedicated instructor to lead our coaching program as we expand across North America.

About the Role

As a Golf Coach at Five Iron Golf, you'll deliver professional instruction in a state-of-the-art environment where technology meets personalized coaching. This is a full-time 1099 position offering independence and the opportunity to build client relationships while developing golfers at every level, from complete beginners through competitive players.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and small-group golf coaching using our proprietary technology platforms
• Assess student ability and customize lesson plans tailored to specific goals and learning styles
• Teach proper swing mechanics, course management, and mental game strategies
• Maintain a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere that supports player growth and confidence
• Manage your own student schedule, build relationships with returning clients, and grow your coaching practice
• Represent Five Iron Golf's values of innovation, inclusivity, and community both on and off the course

What We're Looking For

• PGA or equivalent professional coaching credential (or demonstrable equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to teach golfers across all ability levels
• Comfort with golf technology, analytics, and video analysis tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; genuine passion for growing the game
• Entrepreneurial mindset suited to 1099 independent contractor arrangement
• Local availability for consistent in-person coaching at our Utica location
