About the Role

As a Shift Manager at our West Milwaukee location, you're the backbone of daily operations. You'll manage crew members, maintain food quality and safety standards, oversee cash handling and inventory, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise crew members throughout your shift
• Ensure all food is prepared according to McDonald's quality and safety standards
• Handle cash management and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering
• Train new crew members and mentor team members
• Open or close the restaurant and complete all required procedures
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
