Set-up Technician (Overnight shift)

Nestlé is hiring a Set-up Technician for overnight shift operations at our Holbrook, Suffolk County facility. This is a full-time position where you'll play a key role in preparing equipment and ensuring quality output for Nestlé Health Science's trusted nutritional brands, including Garden of Life®, Nature's Bounty®, Vital Proteins®, Orgain®, Nuun®, BOOST®, and Carnation Breakfast Essentials®.

About the Role

As a Set-up Technician on the overnight shift, you'll be responsible for the preparation and configuration of production equipment according to job specifications and standard operating procedures. Working during evening and overnight hours, you'll ensure all equipment is ready for upcoming production runs and maintain the facility's operational readiness. Your attention to detail and systematic approach will directly contribute to the quality and efficiency of our operations in Holbrook.

What You'll Do

• Set up and configure production equipment to specifications before shift operations begin
• Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and document results
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned machinery
• Verify equipment calibration and safety compliance
• Follow all established procedures and quality standards
• Communicate equipment status and any issues to production leadership
• Maintain accurate setup logs and documentation for each shift
