Lot Associate

Home Depot is seeking a full-time Lot Associate to join our team at our Apple Valley, Dakota County location. As a Lot Associate, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our store, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining our front-of-store operations and ensuring every shopper leaves with a positive Home Depot experience.

The Lot Associate position is fundamental to Home Depot's operations. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and customer service skills directly impact how shoppers experience our store. This role combines customer interaction with operational responsibility, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both helping people and maintaining an organized workspace.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in loading merchandise and purchases into their vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store entrance and exterior areas
• Monitor shopping cart inventory and ensure an adequate supply is available at all times
• Restock and redistribute carts throughout the front of the store as needed
• Greet and interact professionally with customers and Home Depot associates
• Perform opening and closing duties for the lot area
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to store management
