What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial truck safely and professionally on assigned routes
- Handle 100% no-touch, dry freight in our dedicated fleet
- Execute approximately 60% drop-and-hook deliveries for faster turnarounds
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and logistics teams
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial truck driving experience
- Ability to work independently while following company guidelines
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Commitment to safety and professional conduct
Compensation & Support
Drivers can earn up to $1,650 per week based on miles, loads, and performance. New drivers receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $500 orientation pay to support an immediate start. As an independent contractor, you'll maintain control over your schedule while benefiting from steady, consistent freight opportunities.
