About the Role
You'll develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategy across our platform, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams. This position encompasses marketing initiatives spanning onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion for our rapidly growing customer base.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage multi-channel customer engagement programs that maximize retention and expansion revenue
- Build and oversee email marketing, in-app communications, and marketing automation workflows across customer segments
- Define customer lifecycle metrics, analyze performance data, and optimize funnel conversion at each stage
- Lead campaign development, testing, and iteration to improve customer outcomes and product adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer needs and translate insights into marketing strategy
- Own marketing budget allocation and demonstrate ROI on customer lifecycle initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS or platform environments
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-impact retention and expansion programs at scale
- Strong expertise with marketing automation platforms, customer data systems, and analytics tools
- Experience leading marketing teams and managing complex cross-functional projects
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
