Industrial Electro-Mechanic

About the Role

As an Industrial Electro-Mechanic, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of integrated electrical and mechanical systems across our facility. Your work ensures that critical equipment operates at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. You'll be part of a dedicated maintenance team committed to minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, drives, pumps, conveyors, and related industrial systems
• Install new equipment and components according to engineering specifications and safety standards
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, control systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions
• Adhere to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an electro-mechanic, industrial maintenance technician, or in a related role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and diagnostic instruments
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety-conscious approach to all work tasks
