About the Role
As an Applications Developer, you'll join a collaborative technical team focused on data systems that power modern healthcare delivery. You'll translate business requirements into working software, maintain and improve applications that healthcare providers and members depend on daily, and troubleshoot production issues. What You'll Do
- Analyze application requirements and design technical solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and enhance applications using Java and SQL
- Support and troubleshoot live applications to ensure reliability and performance
- Collaborate with senior developers and team members to improve code quality and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
