About the Role
As a Product Specialist, you'll serve as the functional and technical backbone of ARK Solutions Inc's legislative technology platform. You'll bridge business requirements and technical teams to ensure systems deliver measurable value for legislative operations, reporting, documentation, and public information delivery. Your expertise will directly impact how legislators, staff, and constituents access and interact with legislative data.
What You'll Do
- Analyze legislative workflows and stakeholder needs to develop comprehensive system requirements
- Partner with development and operations teams to design, test, and deploy system enhancements
- Manage the lifecycle of legislative information systems—from concept through optimization
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for end users
- Troubleshoot issues, validate solutions, and recommend process improvements
- Act as the primary technical resource for legislative stakeholders and internal teams
- Support documentation and reporting capabilities that serve public transparency requirements
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in business systems analysis, product support, or similar technical business role
- Strong analytical skills—ability to deconstruct complex processes and design effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with system documentation, testing methodologies, and quality assurance
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage competing priorities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and completeness
- Must be local to Wyoming, Kent County for this onsite position
