What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive property tours, highlighting unit features, amenities, and community benefits to qualified prospects
• Assess applicant qualifications and financial readiness through professional screening conversations
• Complete lease applications, collect required documentation, and guide prospects through the move-in process
• Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build and maintain detailed prospect records and leasing pipeline information in our property management systems
• Develop market knowledge and communicate effectively with colleagues to optimize occupancy and retention
• Provide responsive, professional customer service that reflects Princeton Management's commitment to community excellence

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Demonstrated sales ability or track record of meeting occupancy or customer satisfaction goals
