Sr. Video Editor – US

Join Kids2 as a Senior Video Editor in our Atlanta, Fulton County office. We're seeking an experienced video production professional to lead our creative content strategy and elevate our visual storytelling for families nationwide.

About the Role

As Senior Video Editor at Kids2, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of video production—from conceptualization through final delivery—ensuring every piece resonates with parents and caregivers. This is a full-time position where you'll set the creative standard for our brand's video content, mentor team members, and collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to produce compelling stories that matter to families.

What You'll Do

• Edit, color grade, and finalize video content for multiple platforms and audience segments
• Lead video production projects from brief through delivery, managing timelines and quality standards
• Direct and mentor junior editors and production staff; establish workflows and best practices
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards in partnership with marketing and creative directors
• Manage post-production assets, maintain organized project files, and ensure brand consistency
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and stay current with industry tools and techniques
• Collaborate across departments to understand narrative goals and deliver video content that drives engagement

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative vision
• Mastery of industry-standard editing software and post-production tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Leadership experience mentoring junior creatives or team members
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret creative direction from stakeholders
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications across platforms
• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and audio design a plus
