About the Role

As a Wellness Associate II, you'll support Geisinger's commitment to population health by developing and implementing comprehensive wellness initiatives tailored to the Danville area. Working on-site in our practice facilities and community settings, you'll coordinate programs, facilitate health screenings, and lead wellness activities that make measurable differences in the health outcomes of those we serve.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate evidence-based health and wellness programs at our facility and throughout surrounding communities
• Conduct health screenings and assessments to identify community wellness needs and opportunities
• Lead fitness classes and wellness activities designed for diverse participant groups and skill levels
• Develop educational materials and resources that support behavior change and health promotion
• Collaborate with wellness team members and community partners to expand program accessibility and impact
• Document participant engagement and program outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and inform program improvements
• Support Geisinger's population management initiatives that advance community health priorities

What We're Looking For

• Must be a current resident of Danville, PA or surrounding communities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse populations
• Ability to deliver clear, evidence-based health education and wellness instruction
• Reliable, flexible approach to part-time and per diem work schedules
• Genuine commitment to health promotion and community wellness
• Relevant fitness, health coaching, or wellness certification or training (preferred)
