Merchandising Coordinator

About the Role

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you'll be the connective force between our merchandising strategy and store execution. You'll coordinate product placement, manage merchandise flow, and ensure our stores showcase our best offerings in ways that drive sales and customer satisfaction. Your work will touch nearly every aspect of how our stores look, feel, and perform—from analyzing sales trends to supporting visual displays that catch shoppers' eyes.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate merchandise displays and visual layouts across store locations to maximize product visibility and sales
• Monitor inventory levels and product assortment to ensure adequate stock and variety for customers
• Analyze sales data and product performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to implement merchandising plans and seasonal initiatives
• Support the development and communication of planograms and shelf management standards
• Track merchandise metrics and prepare reports on performance and execution
• Respond to merchandising questions and provide guidance to store teams

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly
• Experience working in a retail environment or coordinating cross-team projects
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic retail setting
