Sr. Brand Manager – Nutrition

Join Arbonne International as a Senior Brand Manager leading our Nutrition product portfolio in East Irvine, Orange County. This full-time position offers strategic oversight of one of our core business categories, combining brand development, market growth, and financial accountability.

About the Role

You will serve as Senior Brand Manager for our Nutrition division, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, you'll own the strategic vision, market positioning, and bottom-line performance of our nutrition product offerings. This is a hands-on leadership position that bridges marketing strategy, product development, and business operations.

What You'll Do

• Build and implement category strategy for nutrition products, setting market positioning, pricing, and growth targets
• Drive product profitability and market share expansion through competitive differentiation and consumer insights
• Lead product development cycles from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and market demand
• Oversee budget management and P&L accountability for the nutrition product line
• Direct marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand communications that resonate with target consumers
• Partner across sales, product development, operations, and executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives
• Analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive brand or product management experience, preferably in nutrition, health supplements, or consumer goods
• Demonstrated success launching new products and growing category revenue
• Solid financial acumen and comfort managing budgets and P&L statements
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in direct sales or network marketing models a plus
