About the Role

As a Store Support Associate, you are the backbone of store operations. You handle the core responsibilities that enable our sales and customer teams to succeed, from managing customer orders to maintaining store organization and providing direct support to shoppers and vendors alike.

What You'll Do

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every request is completed to specification
• Provide hands-on customer assistance in our lot and outdoor areas, helping customers locate items or load merchandise
• Perform administrative tasks that keep operations on track, including documentation, inventory coordination, and record management
• Direct customers to the right departments and products, enhancing their shopping experience
• Communicate professionally with vendors and contractors who visit the store
• Support store cleanliness, safety, and organization standards
• Contribute to a welcoming environment for all store visitors
